Mark Moss is an experienced Massachusetts drunk driving defense lawyer. Prior to entering private practice as a drunk driving defense lawyer, Mr. Moss worked as a prosecutor in Massachusetts. Mark Moss’s legal career is focused on defending individuals like yourself that have been arrested for operating/driving under the influence of alcohol. After years of providing successful defenses to Massachusetts residents who have been arrested for drunk driving, Mark Moss has gained in-depth knowledge and understanding of Massachusetts’ OUI/DUI/DWI laws.
